I’m an ISTQB CTFL QA Engineer with 2.5+ years of experience in both manual and automation testing across POS, E-commerce, and Merchant Registration platforms. I focus on delivering high-quality releases by validating end-to-end workflows and tightening test coverage.

I’ve designed and maintained scalable automation frameworks using Java, Selenium WebDriver, TestNG, and Page Object Model (POM), including a hybrid POM-based approach. In my recent work, I created 300+ test scenarios and cases covering critical payment and merchant registration workflows, while managing the defect life cycle from identification to verified closure.

I’ve also improved delivery confidence through tighter feedback loops—integrating automation with Jenkins, monitoring pipeline executions, and resolving automation failures. Across Agile/Scrum cycles, I analyzed user stories for complete coverage and acceptance criteria, and contributed to an 80%+ same-sprint defect closure rate (150+ bugs raised on TFS).

Now I’m expanding my automation expertise with JavaScript and Playwright. I enjoy collaborating with Product Owners, Developers, and Business Analysts to ensure faster defect resolution and continuous quality improvement.
