At Pathao, I designed and ran microservices on GKE serving 2.7M+ daily users. In Pathao Loop, I built a cron-driven campaign orchestration platform that enables multi-channel launches (push, SMS, email, in-app) from a unified interface, saving 3,000+ engineer-hours annually and replacing fully manual workflows.

I specialize in event-driven architecture and platform reliability. I built Pathao Itihas, a unified feature store syncing BigQuery + PostgreSQL history to real-time tables with Redis caching, exposing REST/GraphQL APIs with async task-queue execution and Prometheus alerting. I also architected Prohori & ESB Webhook, a real-time GPS telemetry service (Golang, GCP Pub/Sub, Uber H3, Redis) with hazardous-route detection and emergency safety workflows, plus a centralized webhook system with schema validation, idempotency, and exponential-backoff retries.

Beyond that, I engineered Corridor: Reverse Proxy to centralize high-performance traffic routing, handling 10 lakh+ API calls/day with Prometheus observability middleware and automated Kubernetes deployments via Docker, Helm, and GitLab CI/CD. Earlier, as a Junior Backend Engineer, I optimized 15+ complex MySQL queries for 25–40% latency reductions and built scalable services on GCS and RabbitMQ for image serving and reliable notifications. I also bring a strong problem-solving foundation—2000+ competitive programming problems—and I work comfortably with distributed teams across time zones.
