I've supported talent acquisition at iVServe Technologies, an entity of IJob Depot, hiring for diverse needs ranging from bulk recruitment to niche and senior-level positions.

My work spans IT and non-IT recruitment, sourcing, screening, onboarding, employee relations, and organizational development. I was recognized as Sourcer of the Month at IJob Depot in July 2022.

At Damayanti Tea Industries, I managed operational functions, purchase order requirements, inventory records, and reporting. I also worked as a sourcing executive at Eagledrift Technologies.

I'm pursuing an M.Com and hold an MBA with dual specialization in HR and Marketing. I bring analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills to building a positive work culture and supporting committed corporate missions.
