I've built an enterprise-oriented Aviation Quality Management System covering quality, compliance, audits, NCR and CAPA, risk, training, document control, and management review workflows.

I define business requirements, user workflows, approval processes, dashboards, reporting needs, and role-based access controls. I use Claude, Claude Code, and Lovable to accelerate development while independently validating requirements, testing outputs, and documenting technical decisions.

At 748 Air Services, I managed IT systems, databases, users, infrastructure, and business applications in an aviation environment. I supported operational teams through troubleshooting, data validation, system testing, access controls, backups, and practical IT solutions.

Earlier at Futuresoft Technologies, I developed database-driven business software, queried MySQL databases, debugged applications, and translated user requirements into system improvements. I also developed and improved the Chartered Governance Centre website using React, TypeScript, Node.js, Express, MySQL, and modern AI-assisted workflows.
