What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build secure, scalable backend and SaaS platforms where I can lead architecture, improve reliability and workflows, mentor engineers, and use AI-assisted engineering without compromising quality.

I'm leading backend architecture at PunditSpace for a recruitment and talent marketplace, building NestJS and PostgreSQL services for job postings, applications, RBAC, file uploads, and workflow automation. I also introduce AI-fast development practices with OpenAI Codex and Claude Code.

Across Cognativ, Workforce Africa, Renga Technologies, and Rafiki Bank Microfinance, I've delivered enterprise SaaS, HR automation, ERP, and financial-system capabilities. My work spans C#/.NET, Node.js, secure APIs, relational data, asynchronous processing, performance optimization, and engineering mentorship.
