I've built and modernized QA automation for American Family Insurance, First Business Bank, Safeway Insurance, GuideOne Insurance, and Tradition Capital Bank. My work covers web, mobile, API, database, and end-to-end validation for insurance and banking applications.
At American Family Insurance, I migrated Selenium, Java, and TestNG automation to Playwright with TypeScript, using reusable Page Object Model components, cross-browser coverage, parallel execution, and built-in synchronization to improve maintainability and execution speed.
I integrate automated suites into Jenkins CI/CD workflows, manage builds with Maven, and use GitHub for source control. I also validate REST APIs with REST Assured and Postman, perform SQL-based backend reconciliation, and support AWS-hosted application testing.
I've developed Selenium, TestNG, Cucumber, Appium, and REST Assured frameworks, while supporting Agile testing, UAT, defect triage in JIRA, release validation, and performance testing with JMeter. I also use Anthropic/Claude to generate and refine test cases and scripts from requirements and acceptance criteria.
