What I'm looking for
I’m a Business Immigration Paralegal at Ogletree Deakins, supporting attorneys in drafting and filing employment-based immigration petitions and visa applications (H-1Bs, L-1s, TNs, etc.). I compile, analyze, and organize case documentation to strengthen filings and meet USCIS, DOL, and consular requirements, while maintaining professional correspondence with attorneys and clients.
I also bring experience from a Research Assistant role in developmental psychology, where I conducted comprehensive literature reviews and performed quantitative and qualitative data analysis. Earlier, I worked as an Infant & Toddler Teacher, building strong communication and organization skills in a nurturing, high-responsibility setting.
