At EMAPTA Global, I provided L2/L3 support for AC and high-power DC chargers across Electrify America, EVgo, and Applegreen networks. I investigated charger faults, monitored NOC alarms, and coordinated technician dispatch through restoration.

I supported Electrify America’s power-module remediation campaign across 90+ sites, assessing repeat failures and coordinating remediation scope and technician logistics. I also guided field technicians remotely and verified charger operation before incident closure.

At V-GREEN Charging Station Development Philippines, I coordinated the resolution of site-readiness issues and installation deficiencies during EVCS/BSS deployment. Earlier, at Omnibus Systems Inc., I supported field installation and prepared as-built reports and Provisional Acceptance Test documents.
