I’m a detail-oriented Computer Engineering graduate and Technical Associate Engineer with hands-on experience supporting live broadcasting and surveillance environments. I focus on keeping systems stable under time-sensitive, high-stakes conditions.

In my current role as an Associate Engineer (L1 / L2 / L3 Support), I managed and optimized network infrastructure to consistently deliver 99.9% network uptime. I perform real-time monitoring, rapid fault isolation, fluctuation analysis, and routine maintenance with a strong emphasis on root-cause documentation.

I also support backend operations through deep-dive SQL work, including complex Joins and Subqueries against backend Oracle databases. Additionally, I provide robust API support and server management by handling high-priority incident tickets and starting/stopping application servers.

I strengthen reliability and security by implementing strict network security protocols and data patches to safeguard critical broadcast streams from unauthorized access. I build with Java, Spring Boot, and Angular, demonstrated through projects like a Full Stack Water Delivery Management System.
