Jhims Kedamour

I’m a Construction/Engineering professional with active experience as an Assistant Superintendent and an Electrical Engineer, pairing field leadership with technical design and documentation. Currently, I support shell-scope execution—foundations, vertical formwork, rebar, structural concrete, CMU, and framing—while keeping projects moving on the critical path.

In my Assistant Superintendent roles, I manage weekly scheduling and logistics, coordinate site deliveries, inspections, and subcontractor sequencing, and oversee field operations for compliance with structural drawings, specifications, and QA/QC standards. I enforce site safety protocols, help with daily reports, RFI tracking, and inspection readiness, and collaborate with PMs on schedule updates, budget tracking, and manpower forecasting.

Alongside construction leadership, I design and develop pet medical devices for dogs as an Electrical Engineer. I’m completing Geomatics Engineering at Florida Atlantic University (FAU) and hold certifications in GIS, Surveying & Mapping, and OSHA-30—skills I apply through CAD/Civil 3D drafting, GIS mapping/spatial analysis, and drone operations and surveying, with strong communication through bilingual (English/Creole) collaboration.
