I'm looking to lead construction projects from feasibility through final inspection, coordinating teams, solving technical challenges, and delivering quality, code-compliant work with clear communication and accountability.

At Everett Building, I lead projects from early feasibility through final inspection as a Project Engineer and Superintendent. I coordinate ownership, architects, engineers, field teams, MEP consultants, and self-performing crews to translate design intent into well-executed construction.

I manage procurement and buyout, contracts, scope development, RFIs, submittals, inspections, project manuals, and quality-control audits. I also assess drawings, facilitate pre-install meetings and architect workshops, and resolve technical issues while maintaining code compliance and schedule momentum.

Previously at Gyde Architects, I managed projects from conception through construction administration and guided internal and external teams through demanding deadlines. My background also includes architectural drafting, graphic design, product development, WordPress themes, packaging, and sustainable building concepts.
