What I'm looking for

I'm targeting a Credit Risk & Underwriting role where I can apply my Banking and NBFC experience in credit appraisal, financial analysis, CAM preparation, risk assessment, and portfolio monitoring to support prudent lending decisions and sustainable business growth.

At Credila Financial Services Ltd., I underwrite 30–40 education loan proposals monthly and prepare Credit Appraisal Memos that support lending decisions and monthly disbursement objectives of ₹300 Cr. Across the cases I personally approved, early-stage delinquency remained below 1%.

I previously managed end-to-end underwriting at Payrocket Technology Pvt. Ltd., assessing MSME and retail proposals with financial, cash-flow, and bureau analysis. My recommendations achieved 95%+ sanction-to-disbursement conversion on personally recommended cases, and detailed due diligence identified approximately 18% of applications as high-risk.

At Capital Small Finance Bank Ltd., I appraised Retail and MSME proposals across Home Loan, Loan Against Property, and Working Capital facilities. I used DSCR, FOIR, and LTV analysis to inform loan structuring and risk mitigants, helping reduce excess-LTV exceptions by approximately 25% over six months.
