At Willamette Valley Transportation, I designed and built Pollywog, a Microsoft Access scheduling tool that automated driver schedules from TripLink data. It reduced nightly scheduling preparation from about four hours to 30 minutes, and I refined its trip-assignment accuracy from about 75% to 93% over three years.
I developed custom FileMaker programs at Salem Communications, including one that automated credit card authorization workflows and saved about 10 minutes per authorization. At Western Oregon University, I also built a lending library check-in and check-out system to streamline resource tracking.
I currently own and operate Dudefish Printing, managing production, sales, finances, and website maintenance. I developed custom software to track market applications, company finances, and profits, and I analyze product sales to inform business decisions.
