At MAQR, I built Prospector, a data-driven pipeline that assembles brand-matched marketing sites from public business data, including photos, reviews, hours, and contact details. I also designed and shipped commissioned sites for L’Aesthetic and CIPAG Clinic.

Before MAQR, I supported Verizon customers through Telvista, diagnosing service and device issues live in English and documenting resolutions. At Integon, I handled a high-volume roadside assistance queue for Allstate policyholders, resolving cases or routing them with the right context.

I build production software with TypeScript, Node.js, and ASP.NET Core, and work with REST APIs, PostgreSQL, and SQLite. My projects include Sonora, a self-hosted music streaming server, and HDASH, a household operations dashboard.
