I've built production AI agents in Copilot Studio and enterprise automations for National Grid and BNY Mellon. My work combines SharePoint Online and Dataverse knowledge grounding, agent flows, custom connectors, and solution ALM.
At National Grid, I rebuilt approximately eight Blue Prism processes as Power Automate Desktop flows and deployed them to production. I also monitored unattended automations, resolved production incidents, and supported SLA compliance across 24/7 operations.
At BNY Mellon, I developed more than 15 enterprise automation workflows using UiPath and Blue Prism, reducing manual processing time by 30% across reconciliation, reporting, and data validation. I also delivered intelligent document-processing solutions for regulated financial processes.
Most recently, I deployed a Tenant Lease Agent that retrieves lease contracts, produces grounded summaries with citations, and sends source documents through Outlook. I bring hands-on Python, SQL Server, REST API, and RPA experience to Power Platform and AI agent development.
