At NuAxis, I architect and lead development of an enterprise AI-assisted referral platform using Copilot Studio, Power Automate, and Dataverse. It brings guided intake, record confirmation, and document generation into a governed workflow.
I design Copilot Studio solutions grounded in approved enterprise knowledge sources, with Azure OpenAI and RAG, then orchestrate integrations and validate generated outputs with human review. I also migrated approximately 30,000 legacy SharePoint and SQL records into Dataverse while preserving history and limiting duplicates.
Previously, I modernized request intake, approvals, and reporting at American Express, and built Power Platform and SharePoint solutions at Blue Cross Blue Shield. Earlier at TD Bank, I developed SQL reporting structures and Power BI dashboards for financial, operational, leadership, and regulatory reporting.
