What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a position as a Developmental Services Worker where I can create a supportive and empowering environment for individuals with disabilities.

As a Self-Manager / Employer in the Direct Funding Program, I recruit and manage personal support attendants, coordinate schedules and payroll information, and keep employee records organized.

At YMCA Community Centre, Innisfil, I developed activities that encouraged children’s engagement and learning, supported their social development, and collaborated with parents to support children with special needs. I’ve also provided individualized support to students during in-person and virtual learning.
