What I'm looking for

I'm looking to continue growing in quality assurance, especially test automation with JavaScript, Cypress, API and UI testing, and CI/CD, while collaborating with Agile product and development teams to improve software quality.

At PureSpectrum, I design, maintain, and execute functional, non-functional, UI, and API tests to support application quality and stability across releases.

I report and track defects with development and product teams, investigate root causes, and helped improve issue-resolution efficiency by approximately 25%. I use risk-based and exploratory testing to expand coverage and uncover edge cases in Agile delivery environments.

Previously at BRQ Digital Solutions, I tested custom Jira features, validated fixes before deployment, and supported teams with documentation, user manuals, and training. I also provided Level 2 support for telecom systems, analyzed integrations and JSON message flows, and reduced ticket recurrence by approximately 35% through process improvements and Level 1 team training.

I'm continuing to build my automation practice through postgraduate study and a Cypress project covering e-commerce forms, login flows, and dashboard interactions.
