I worked on the user experience and interaction design of a mobile app and another device. This work is currently under NDA until its release.

Led end to end design initiatives for the buyers experience across iOS, Android and web. Collaborated with the marketing team to improve push notification and email communication preferences. Facilitated workshops and created prototypes for user testing sessions. Worked on the search experience for buyers.

Led user research and design for the marketing site, webapp, and mobile app. Planned and conducted user interview sessions and surveys. Worked closely with the engineering team and head of product to write user stories and design specs. Rebranded the entire web and mobile app from Home Care Heroes to Like Family.

Designed the Australian Koala website and focused on increasing conversion and cross-sell rates. Led UX research and conducted user interviews and testing sessions. Developed a brand refresh for the website, including a modular, mobile-friendly system. Improved user experience and reduced inbound calls by introducing regular meetings and addressing common problems.

Worked with co-founders of early-stage startups to design user flows and experiences for webapps. Created prototypes for user testing and conducted user interviews. Collaborated with the SheStarts program to validate ideas and build MVPs. Contributed to the design of VetChat, a telehealth platform for pets.

Designed responsive websites and developed style sheets for developers. Projects included eviQ Cancer Treatment's Online website, Benefit Brow Bar iPad app, and Aria Awards voting websites. Redesigned the experience for Event Bridie, an event organizing marketplace.

Responsible for UI design and wireframes for apps and sites. Worked with clients such as Audi, Heineken, Nestlé, Blackmores, and Golden Crumpets.

Designed microsites, EDMs, and banners. Provided UI and icon design support for senior designers. Worked with clients such as NRMA Insurance, Chobani, Tourism New Zealand, and Taronga Zoo.

Provided design support to senior art directors and designers. Practiced designing a brand identity and the overall look and feel of a website and an app.
