At Cisco Systems, I led front-end architecture for a multi-product design system, establishing patterns and best practices used across 30+ product lines. I also mentored four engineers on component architecture, testing, modern CSS, and accessibility.
I contributed to open-source initiatives and led community engagement through Seattle Design Systems Meetup and the W3C Design Token Community Group. I also secured executive funding for automation and enablement initiatives.
At American Family Insurance, I created and maintained the design system, coordinated design system efforts across three operating companies, and created web components and design tokens for multiple brands. Earlier, at Gillware Data Recovery, I designed and implemented an Angular company website, customer management system, and affiliate portal.
