What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an entry role where I can encode data accurately and quickly, support record management, and use Google Sheets and Microsoft Office. I want a role that values confidentiality, detail, and teamwork.

I’m a detail-oriented and highly organized fresh graduate with strong skills in data encoding, fast and accurate typing, and basic computer literacy. I bring a careful, confidential approach to maintaining agricultural records and documents in digital databases.

In my work as an Agriculture Office Encoder, I was responsible for accurately encoding and maintaining records, assisting in organizing and verifying data, and preparing reports. I also managed files and supported administrative operations while ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.

I’m proficient in using Google Sheets and comfortable with Microsoft Office, with strong time management and attention to detail. I enjoy collaborating with staff to complete data entry tasks efficiently and keep record management running smoothly.
