I am a BSc (Hons) Sport and Exercise Science graduate from Oxford Brookes University and a qualified Level 3 Personal Trainer with a strong passion for health, fitness, sports performance and rehabilitation.
My academic background has provided me with knowledge of anatomy, physiology, biomechanics and exercise prescription, while my personal and professional experiences have strengthened my communication, teamwork and ability to build positive relationships with people.
I am particularly interested in sports rehabilitation, injury prevention, musculoskeletal health and helping individuals improve their physical performance and overall wellbeing. I am continuing to develop my knowledge in nutrition and rehabilitation as I work towards building a long-term career within the health, fitness and sports industry.
