I’m a Registered Nurse and research-oriented BSN graduate with strong clinical exposure across hospital, community, psychiatric, and critical care settings. I bring a patient-centered approach to fast-paced environments, with a focus on safety, accuracy, and reliable documentation.

During my Nursing Intern role at Princess Marina Hospital, I supported comprehensive nursing care in high-volume units by conducting patient assessments, monitoring vital signs, and promptly reporting abnormal findings. I collaborated with nurses, doctors, and multidisciplinary teams to strengthen continuity of care, while maintaining accurate patient records and supporting admissions, discharge preparation, and health education.

I consistently demonstrate infection prevention and patient safety practices in daily clinical procedures, and I build trust with patients and families through clear communication and professional standards with minimal supervision. I’m especially careful with detail—whether it’s completing clinical reports, updating clinical records, or engaging participants appropriately.

I’m also actively interested in clinical research, supported by experience with academic and community-based nursing research projects. In my research on perceptions of University of Botswana year two nursing students towards unsafe abortion in Botswana, I worked with data collection and questionnaire administration, handled sensitive information confidentially, and contributed to research documentation using evidence-based nursing practice.
