What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a senior FP&A role where I can partner with executives, build scalable planning/reporting infrastructure, and use SQL, Python, and BI automation to drive better decisions—ideally alongside ERP/EPM modernization work.

I’m a finance and strategy leader with 8+ years of progressive FP&A and operational finance experience supporting complex, high-growth organizations. I built the financial planning and reporting infrastructure for a newly opened $450M+ revenue luxury resort from the ground up, creating driver-based models for revenue, labor, and operating expenses and leading executive reporting, KPI reviews, variance analysis, and financial performance packages.

As a key partner during a $45M Oracle ERP transformation, I led EPBCS implementation and optimization, owned chart-of-accounts governance and conversion, and partnered cross-functionally across Finance, Accounting, and IT to support UAT and enhance enterprise reporting. I also leverage SQL, Python, Power BI, Tableau, and AI-enabled tools (including ChatGPT) to automate analysis, develop VBA and Python automation, and translate complex datasets into actionable insights.
