In my recent role as a Marketing & Communications Officer, I drove business growth through strategic lead generation and client communication. I managed CRM and social media with a results-oriented focus to optimize engagement and improve outcomes.

Earlier, I built strong content and campaign foundations as a Content Manager and supported marketing strategy through research, surveys, and analysis. I’ve also coordinated marketing plans across multiple offices, handling social media, print and graphic materials, and internal event projects.
