What I'm looking for

I seek roles where I can lead wound/ostomy programs, drive evidence-based care, mentor staff, and improve patient quality of life through collaborative, outcome-focused practice.

I am a Certified Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nurse (CWOCN™) with extensive inpatient and outpatient experience across Level 1 trauma centers and hospital-affiliated wound care programs. I combine clinical expertise in complex wound dressings, graft management, stoma marking and patient education with leadership roles in program management, committee leadership, and performance improvement to elevate patient outcomes.

Throughout my career I have directed wound care programs, managed clinic performance and budgets, staffed and taught wound care orientation, and collaborated closely with medical directors and hospital leadership to maximize utilization and quality of care. I prioritize evidence-based practice, empathy, and clear communication to improve quality of life for patients managing chronic wounds, ostomies, and incontinence.
