What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-centered nursing role where I can apply wound care and case management expertise, mentor staff, and contribute to quality improvement in a collaborative healthcare team.

I am a dedicated Registered Nurse with extensive experience in case management, wound care, and home health settings, bringing strong clinical judgment and a patient-centered approach. I have worked across acute care, outpatient, and in-home environments and I specialize in Medical/Surgical Oncology and wound care including hyperbaric oxygen therapy.

Throughout my career I have coordinated multidisciplinary care plans, managed length of stay, arranged post-discharge services, and supported quality and accreditation efforts such as JCAHO preparation. I have precepted new nurses, chaired unit practice councils, and served in quality coordinator roles to improve clinical outcomes and workflows.

I hold a BSN (Summa Cum Laude), am WCN-C certified, and maintain state RN licensure across compact states and California. I am proficient with Meditech, MIDAS, Careport Wellsky, and evidence-based utilization tools such as InterQual.
