What I'm looking for

I am seeking an LPN role where I can deliver hands-on patient care, support quality/audit functions, educate families, and contribute to a collaborative, patient-centered team.

I am a Licensed Practical Nurse with extensive hands-on experience in wound care, medication administration, catheter and G-tube care, vital signs monitoring, and electronic charting across long-term and private-duty settings.
