What I'm looking for

I am looking for a role that allows me to utilize my extensive experience in respiratory therapy while fostering patient education and care management.

As a dedicated respiratory therapist with over 32 years of experience, I have honed my skills in critical care and patient management. My journey began with a strong educational foundation, earning my B.S. from Western Michigan University, where I graduated Magna Cum Laude. Throughout my career, I have worked in various settings, including Level 1 Trauma Centers and Long-Term Acute Care Hospitals, where I have developed a comprehensive understanding of respiratory therapy and case management.

In my current role as an Asthma/COPD Educator and Case Navigator at Lee Health, I leverage my extensive clinical experience to educate patients and navigate their care effectively. My leadership roles as a charge therapist and clinical instructor have allowed me to mentor new professionals in the field, fostering a collaborative environment focused on patient outcomes. I am passionate about utilizing my skills to improve the lives of those with respiratory conditions and am committed to continuous learning and professional development.
