What I'm looking for

I seek a patient-facing role leveraging clinical expertise to coordinate care, educate families, and ensure smooth transitions with collaborative, patient-centered teams.

I am an experienced respiratory therapist with over 18 years of clinical practice across ICU, med-surge, rehab, and acute care settings, skilled in ventilatory management, intubation, arterial blood gas interpretation, pulmonary function testing, and patient education. I have a proven track record of mentoring colleagues, delivering complex respiratory therapies (including BiPAP/CPAP, oxygen therapy, bronchopulmonary hygiene) and supporting safe transitions of care to home and subacute facilities.

I hold an Associate of Science in Respiratory Therapy and a Bachelor of Science (expected October 2024), maintain RRT/CRT licensure and certifications including ACLS, BLS, NRP, and PALS, and am committed to leveraging my clinical expertise, strong communication skills, and bilingual experience to excel as a Patient Navigator and improve patient outcomes.
