What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can apply ACMG/AMP-aligned variant interpretation, evidence synthesis, and translational genomics to support rare disease diagnostics—collaborating with clinical and research teams on rigorous, high-quality reporting.

I’m a Genomic Variant Scientist focused on clinical genomics and evidence-based variant interpretation, with advanced training in Pharmacogenomics and Personalized Medicine. I combine molecular genetics expertise with genomic data interpretation to support precision medicine decisions.

In my work, I assess somatic and germline variants using scientific literature review, genotype-phenotype correlation, and genomic database curation with NGS and RNA-sequencing data. I’m confident applying ACMG/AMP-aligned variant interpretation principles and translating findings into clear, scientifically rigorous reporting.

I also bring strong data curation and scientific writing skills from clinical research data management and graduate research. From substantiation-focused literature evidence evaluation to preparing manuscripts and protocol documentation, I’m driven to improve rare disease diagnostics through careful evidence synthesis and reliable genomic analysis.
