What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a role where I can use bilingual communication, customer service, recordkeeping, and family or student support skills in a reliable, team-oriented, fast-paced environment.

At Queens Academy High School, I support more than 300 families by translating Spanish phone calls and email communications, assisting students with daily needs, and managing high-volume family support.

I maintain organized documentation, track ATS data in Microsoft Excel, and answer 60+ daily calls. My experience also includes bilingual customer service, checkout, merchandising, deliveries, and assisting customers in fast-paced retail and grocery environments.
