What I'm looking for

I seek a role where I can combine reporting and visual design in a collaborative newsroom or digital media team, grow editorial skills, and produce impactful multimedia stories.

I am a creative, detail-oriented media professional with practical experience in journalism and a strong foundation in graphic design. I combine reporting, storytelling, and visual design to produce engaging print, broadcast, and digital content.

During internships at Dina Malar and News 7 Tamil I gained hands-on experience across reporting, editing, design, photography, scripting, field reporting, and production coordination, working in fast-paced news environments to meet tight deadlines.

My technical toolkit includes Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere Pro, After Effects, Lightroom and Maya, which I apply to page layout, documentary and feature production, and visual storytelling projects.

I have contributed to a student magazine, created documentaries and feature stories, and completed certifications in creative writing and graphic designing & 3D — all reflecting my commitment to ethical, clear, and compelling journalism supported by strong design skills.
