What I'm looking for

I'm looking to build and modernize production software with autonomy, while helping a growing team share ownership of architecture, infrastructure, and operations.

At HEADRUSH, I’ve built and operated a full-stack project-based learning platform from its initial pilot to more than 100 schools. As co-founder and sole technical owner for eight-plus years, I’ve owned architecture, implementation, AWS infrastructure, deployments, and on-call support.

I build practical learning tools including task boards, competency-based assessment, guest assessor workflows, Google Workspace integration, and reporting pipelines. I’m modernizing legacy infrastructure into ECS-based containers while coordinating the handoff of technical ownership as the team grows.
