As a seasoned software engineer and technical co-founder, I've led engineering teams and driven the development of scalable and secure systems that empower users. With a strong background in system design, scalable architecture, security, and data management, I excel in fast-paced environments where ownership and accountability are key.
My experience spans multiple industries, from reinsurance placement to specialty lines insurance, and cyber insurance. I've successfully led teams through pivots, acquisitions, and growth, resulting in significant YoY growth. My expertise in languages and frameworks includes Ruby on Rails, Go, JavaScript, React, Python, NodeJS, and Elixir.
I'm passionate about shipping fast, measuring results, learning, and iterating. I believe in taking ownership and accountability for problems and seeing them through to completion with my team. I'm now looking for a principal/staff developer role where I can continue to solve interesting problems and build systems that make a real impact.
