I'm looking for a fast-paced, innovation-driven role where I can lead projects, improve operations, train teams, build customer relationships, and apply my visual communication and project management experience.

At Quality Exteriors, I manage residential and commercial roofing projects from inspection through completion, working with clients, insurance adjusters, and cross-functional teams to define scopes, secure approvals, and meet deadlines.

My background also includes gallery production, custom framing, art instruction, security, and youth coaching. I bring visual communication, customer engagement, standardized training, and operational process improvement to fast-paced teams.
