As an independent consultant, I advise Canadian small and mid-sized businesses on technology and security, taking engagements from assessment and architecture through delivery and handover. I turn security and risk findings into prioritized remediation roadmaps and architect secure cloud environments.
At IBM, I led more than 200 security architecture reviews across IBM Cloud and hybrid infrastructure, covering a catalog of 125+ services. I also authored security reference architectures and, as Senior Penetration Tester, planned red team exercises and translated findings into mitigation plans.
Earlier, I carried Varicent's IT through its acquisition by IBM, inventorying, migrating and retiring legacy servers and networks. At Questrade, I designed, staffed and trained the Security Operations Centre and forensic investigation team, and built the business continuity program and disaster recovery site.
