I’m looking to deliver end-to-end QA in Agile teams—combining manual expertise with automation (Tosca/API), deep testing coverage, and defect RCA—to help release confidently across domains like banking, healthcare, and enterprise apps.

I’m a QA & Testing Associate Advisor with over 8 years of Quality Assurance experience in the IT industry, covering the full software testing life cycle—from requirement analysis through test report generation. I bring strong functional knowledge across Insurance, E-commerce, Social Media, Virtual Communications, Banking (Risk/Commercial), and Healthcare domains.

In Agile delivery, I analyze user stories, prepare detailed test cases, and maintain regression suites in Zephyr, while running Smoke, Sanity, Functional, Integration, End-to-End, Exploratory, Retesting, and Regression testing. I also strengthen quality through cross-browser/device validation with BrowserStack and REST API validations using Postman, paired with defect status reporting and root cause analysis (RCA) to speed up resolution.
