At Omnicom Advertising, I lead regional technology-business alignment and governance across Latin American subsidiaries, guiding platform adoption, budget governance, cybersecurity, and service delivery.
Previously at DDB Latina, I directed regional IT governance and approximately $2M in budget responsibility, supported ISO 27001 recertification in Colombia, and coordinated remediation across MFA, endpoint compliance, patching, WAF, SaaS, and cyber-insurance findings.
I helped move DDB toward shared services and enterprise standards, including adoption of Omnicom's Microsoft 365 tenant for 8,000+ users and centralized security, endpoint, connectivity, and support operations.
Earlier, I owned end-to-end IT at Alma Advertising, modernizing fragmented infrastructure, supporting growth from roughly 60 to 180+ employees, improving SOX audit posture, and building production-studio infrastructure that enabled in-house post-production services.
