I’m an SAP Quality Assurance professional experienced in testing web-based applications to ensure stability, functionality, and quality. I perform manual and regression testing, consistently identifying and documenting bugs during testing cycles, and preparing detailed test documentation.

In my current role at Appcentric PH, I perform manual tests to identify bugs and ensure functionality while documenting test procedures, methodologies, and results. I also identify and resolve production process challenges, working closely with developers, project managers, and business analysts using Agile methodology with Scrum to deliver reliable software.

I’ve supported impactful work such as a Project Downstream Oil Online Platform, where I helped transform manual processes into a digital workflow for DOI participant registrations, updates, accreditation/certification applications, and dashboard monitoring for DOE Admin. I bring a quality-first mindset and a collaborative approach to improving system performance and user experience.
