What I'm looking for

I seek QA roles where I can lead manual testing efforts for financial or enterprise applications, collaborate cross-functionally, and improve test quality and processes.

I am a detail-oriented QA analyst with progressive experience in manual testing across banking, financial services, and enterprise applications. Over multiple roles I have led test execution, test-data preparation, and customer onboarding activities while coordinating closely with business units.

My hands-on work includes creating test scenarios and test cases, end-to-end and regression testing, and validating system requirements to ensure software performs as intended. I regularly interact with developers to report and track defects and ensure timely resolution.

I have worked in agile and waterfall environments and used a range of tools including Postman, MySQL, BrowserStack, JIRA, Redmine and other defect-tracking systems. I have supported user role setup and customer user onboarding for bank and financial-services projects.

I am motivated by delivering high-quality software and improving test processes through clear communication with cross-functional teams, and I bring practical training from Accenture and industry internships to every engagement.
