I built DairyInsight Pro, a fully offline AI-powered dairy analytics platform that forecasts revenue and profit using Random Forest, Gradient Boosting, XGBoost, and Stacking Regressor models.

I created an Ollama-based offline AI assistant to generate business insights and recommendations, alongside a Streamlit dashboard with KPIs, filters, anomaly detection, Excel export, and efficient caching.

I also developed a QR code-based banking information retrieval system using Python, Flask, and relational databases, enabling instant customer account retrieval while reducing manual transaction errors.

Through my internship at Amul Dairy, I gained exposure to large-scale dairy operations, quality control, data handling, and process management. I bring practical data science experience across machine learning, analytics, visualization, automation, and industrial workflows.
