I'm looking to continue resolving complex payment and merchant incidents in fintech or cross-border payments, working across providers and internal teams to improve operational reliability, customer outcomes, and scalable processes.

I've managed payment operations at HoneyCoin across 50+ payment providers, merchant integrations, banking partners, and gateways in African markets. I investigate failed transactions, settlement delays, payout issues, wallet-funding exceptions, and merchant-impacting incidents through resolution.
