I am a recent Digital Media Literacy graduate with hands-on experience translating marketing strategy into frontline customer engagement and measurable sales impact.

While completing my degree, I worked 20–30 hours per week at Starbucks where I executed seasonal campaigns, promotions, and product launches, trained new staff, and helped improve store morale.

My academic work emphasized social media strategy, PR writing, persuasive writing, advertising ethics, and data-informed campaign design, including a 7-week café simulator and a social media trends project that used targeted hashtag strategies.

I seek an entry-level role in social/content, communications, or community management where I can apply my content planning, customer-facing experience, and tactical understanding of brand standards to grow audience engagement and deliver measurable results.
