What I'm looking for

I'm seeking research analyst, financial analytics, or FX and commodity research roles where I can apply Python-based systematic strategy research, backtesting, and market analysis.

I've built a modular eight-module Python backtesting framework using 26 years of SPY data, controlling look-ahead bias and modeling transaction costs. My MA crossover research improved portfolio Sharpe from 0.67 to 0.99 across SPY, QQQ, GLD, and IEF while reducing maximum drawdown from -33.72% to -16.17%.

At BB Advisory and Ambient Research, I analyzed FX and commodity markets, mapped macroeconomic events to volatility, and delivered time-sensitive research to institutional clients across Asia, MENA, and Europe. I’ve also completed graduate finance coursework in derivatives, quantitative finance, fixed income, and FX at Arizona State University’s W. P. Carey School of Business.
