At Springer Nature Technology And Publishing Solutions, I deliver NLP and Generative AI solutions for publishing and pharmacovigilance workflows. My work spans data preparation, model design, retrieval and prompting pipelines, evaluation, deployment, and handoff to internal users.
I prepared and normalized publishing records for a semantic search system, generated dense embeddings, and indexed them in Qdrant. I tested searches and refined chunking and retrieval settings before workflow integration.
I fine-tuned an LLM for Conference and Media Release classification, iterating on labelled data and model configuration through evaluation. I also developed a RAG-based chatbot for internal API documentation, with source-grounded prompts and context-aware retrieval.
For profile summarization and PharmaIntelAI, I developed structured workflows for long-form drug profiles and pharmacovigilance XML data. Previously, at GK Solutions, I worked on loan defaulter prediction and automation for background clearance and client discovery.
