What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply healthcare technology QA, customer insights, and data analysis to digital transformation initiatives that improve patient, caregiver, and HCP experiences.

At Fingerpaint Group, I own QA for pharmaceutical and life sciences digital programs across patient, caregiver, and HCP experiences. I test Salesforce Marketing Cloud journeys, Veeva CRM/CLM touchpoints, and Kore.ai conversational flows across email, web, mobile, and interactive channels.

I use SQL, Snowflake, AWS S3, and MySQL to investigate campaign and customer-interaction discrepancies, identify root causes, and deliver actionable findings to product, data, development, and client teams.

Previously, I tested AI/ML-enabled products, connected-device behavior, Salesforce experiences, APIs, and cloud-based customer-facing software at Origin Wireless AI and Brivo. I translate business and product requirements into end-to-end test scenarios and support go/no-go release decisions.

I'm also completing Harvard Medical School Executive Education in Leading Digital Transformation in Health Care, bringing a strategic transformation lens to hands-on healthcare technology QA.
