I've supported Diners Club Internacional through SoftwareOne in Quito, securing workstations, administering Trellix ePO endpoint security, and managing access through Microsoft Authenticator and Microsoft 365.

I monitor and resolve technical incidents related to Genesys, handle L1 tickets with initial analysis and timely escalation, and apply corporate security configurations across user devices.

At Universidad de las Américas, I monitored institutional application availability and basic security, managed IT incidents through ticketing, and prepared, updated, and cloned equipment under security guidelines. Earlier at BOMIGROUP, I monitored servers and network events, configured secure wireless networks, managed critical hardware inventory, and deployed securely configured operating systems.

I've also built a predictive cybersecurity analytics project using Elastic Stack and Prophet to identify patterns and anticipate anomalies through dashboards. I'm interested in trainee technology and cybersecurity programs where I can combine practical technical knowledge, rapid learning, problem-solving, and adaptability.
