What I'm looking for

I’m interested in learning new technologies and expanding my knowledge in systems, data, and digital transformation.

At ROCHE, I provided technical and product support to patients in Latin America using Accu-Chek products. I investigated issues, documented findings and resolutions in Salesforce, and managed or escalated cases.

At COGNIZANT, I tested payment systems and POS terminals for the First Data (Fiserv) project, validating Visa, Mastercard, and American Express transactions through Posnet and Base24. I also tested personal finance web and mobile applications for Proyecto Banco Galicia.

Earlier, I tested healthcare applications at IT RESOURCES / PROYECTO SWISS MEDICAL and analyzed healthcare applications at GRUPO OSDE. At LOYAL TECHNOLOGY, I designed and executed tests for enterprise applications, including basic Selenium automation and data validation with SQL Server and MySQL.
