Owned P&L responsibility across Finance, HR, and Operations for a EUR 400k turnover business. Reduced fixed costs by 20% and secured EUR 35k new bank financing during Spain’s credit crunch while delivering budgeting, tax returns, year-end accounts, and product/shop profitability analysis.

Owned finance, HR, and operations for a EUR 1.5M turnover SME (12 employees), driving restructuring to improve liquidity. Negotiated a EUR 204k tax debt repayment plan (24 months), restructured EUR 250k short-term debt into long-term loans, secured EUR 100k ENISA venture capital, and reduced operating costs by 20%.

Led intragroup and carriers billing/collections for a team of 12, creating and executing a EUR 3M debt repayment plan over 18 months and recovering EUR 2M in aged debt. Negotiated the EUR 20M Concert joint venture settlement in BT Spain’s favour and built new finance teams and analytical accounting capabilities during the progression period.
